- Creation and presentation of bids – gather rates and availabilities as well as present this information to boards and/or governing bodies.
- Host site inspections – we would be delighted to host a pre-event visit to allow you to select the property/site that best meets the needs of your group.
- Travel plans – work with you and local transportation companies to coordinate all your travel details.
- Registration assistance – we’re here to welcome your guests and assist with registration.
- Information resource – we’ll supply your attendees with information packets about area attractions.
- Public relations coverage – we will work with you to secure and facilitate local media coverage of your group’s visit to our area.
- Marketing assistance – we offer a variety of tools to build attendance, interest and excitement for your upcoming event.
